Add your Fleet or Fan Site to the list,
click on either Add Your Fleet or Add Your Fan Site and fill out the form.

Any fleets naming more than one "Affiliation / Race / Faction" will be placed under "Neutral". Any Fleets naming "Undetermined" or "TBD", will be placed under "Non Affiliated".
